HOW IT WORKS
This is the easiest way for your guests to share their photos and videos with you, capturing the essence of your event. It inspires everyone to embrace their inner content creator!
STEP – 1
Place the provided QR code around your event for guests to scan and load your gallery. No app required!
STEP – 2
Your guests can make use of the in-built camera to take photos and video – OR upload images and video already taken using their phone camera.
STEP – 3
That’s all there is to it! After your event simply download all the images and video that your guests have taken!

Setting up your Selfbooth gallery takes a few clicks and you’ll be set up to collect all your guest’s photos and video in no time!

Simply select whether or not you’d like the live slideshow of all your guests photos on display during your event.
STEP – 2
After having received payment you will be directed to your event dashboard where you can set the title of your event, and it’s date. Also options such as a message to your guests while they are waiting for your event to start.
STEP – 3
Once all these options are set up, a QR code will be generated in your dashboard which you can print out and put on display around your event to make it easy for your guests to upload their photos and videos.

How do guests upload to my Selfbooth gallery?
There are two pathways to upload. Guests either scan your unique QR Code, or you can send them your custom URL link.
From there, guests are taken to your event page where there is a choice of the built-in camera they can use, or a an “Upload” button below. By using the camera, the guest can take a photo or video message directly within the gallery and uplaod it, or choose to upload photos or video from their photo library. Many of our clients are pleasantly surprised by how effortless it is – no app needed!
How long is the upload window for guests?
Your Selfbooth gallery is live for 48 hours from the date you selected
How do I access the photos after the event?
After your event you are able to access your dashboard by logging into our website. There will be a download button next to your gallery, which when pressed will downlaod a zip file of all the collected images and video uploaded by your guests.
Your images and video will be available for download up to 30 days after your event, after which they all be deleted for privacy.
Do guests need an internet connection to upload to the gallery?
Yes, this is an online service, your guests will need an internet connection to their device in order to upload their media.
However, if there is little internet available at your venue, your guests have a 48 hour window in order to upload.
Do you sell or use my photos for company purposes?
No, not at all. In fact our system is fully automated and does not require any human intervention to make work.
Unless directly requested in writing for whatever reason we will never even see the photos and video uploaded to Selfbooth.
We do not, and will not sell your photos for our own benefit.
What is your privacy policy? / Are all my photos + videos safe?
At Selfbooth, we prioritize privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection.
Regarding privacy, data, and ownership, as outlined in the terms below, both the guest and host retain the IP rights for all content uploaded. Selfbooth is granted a license to display these photos/videos within the private gallery for guests, should the host choose to share them.
We never use your private content for our own purposes without contacting the owner of the image (and the event host) for express permission. We are not in the business of selling customer data or content. Our business is dedicated to providing a platform for people to collect memories from their most important events.
