HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s simple and seamless. SvenStudios will set up the vintage phone at a designated spot at your event venue. Guests are prompted to pick up the phone and leave a message for the guest(s) of honour, just as they would on a ‘missed call’ voicemail. At the end of the event, the couple receives a compilation of all the heartfelt messages.

If your venue is beyond 60km of the Adelaide CBD an additional travel fee may be required.

- Is the setup complicated? Not at all! SvenStudios takes care of the entire setup, ensuring that the phone is ready to record messages from the start of the event. The only thing we need you to do is record a greeting for your guests to hear once they pick up the phone.
- Is it suitable for smaller events? Absolutely! Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, the audio guest book adds a unique touch to every event.
- How long can each message be? Messages are typically short and sweet, allowing all guests a chance to share their sentiments. However messages can be as long or as short as your guest want!
- Do we receive a physical or digital copy? SvenStudios provides a digital compilation, ensuring easy access and sharing, while a physical USB drive may be purchased at an additional fee.
- How do you retrieve the Audio Guest Book? Depending on your event, venue, and other factors, we may do one of a number of things. We may ask the venue to leave it with them overnight and pick it up the next day, or you might take it home with you after your event for us to pick up.
