What is Happlee QR?
Happlee QR is an interactive wedding hub that transforms a single QR code into your guests’ destination for photo and video uploads, digital guestbook, seating plan, wishing well, live polls, couple trivia, Wedding Discoveries™, leaderboard and more.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply scan your QR code using their phone’s camera. Happlee works entirely in their web browser, with no app downloads or account creation required.
What can guests do with Happlee?
Depending on the features you’ve enabled, guests can upload photos and videos, find their seats, answer their RSVP, sign your digital guestbook (with audio too!), contribute to your wishing well, answer trivia, vote in live polls, unlock Wedding Discoverie, climb the leaderboard and enjoy a live slideshow of the day’s memories.
What is the Live Slideshow?
The Live Slideshow automatically displays guest-uploaded photos throughout your reception. It’s a wonderful way to share candid moments as they happen and keep everyone engaged during the celebration.
What are Wedding Discoveries™?
Wedding Discoveries™ are optional hidden experiences that encourage guests to explore your venue and interact with your celebration. Couples can create discoveries such as hidden photo opportunities, fun challenges, clues, messages or prize locations that guests unlock by scanning QR codes around the venue.
Do I need to provide prizes for Wedding Discoveries™?
Not necessarily. Wedding Discoveries™ work beautifully without prizes by simply revealing fun facts, hidden messages or memorable moments. If you choose to offer prizes, you’ll need to provide and organise those yourself, as Happlee simply delivers the interactive experience.
How long can guests upload photos and videos?
Guests can upload photos and videos for 5 days after your wedding date. After this period, uploads automatically close to keep your event secure and complete.
How long do we have to download our wedding memories?
You’ll have 12 months from your wedding date to download your complete wedding archive, including all guest photos, videos and messages. We’ll also send reminder emails before your archive expires.
Can guests upload both photos and videos?
Yes. Guests can contribute unlimited photos and videos during the upload period, helping you capture candid moments from every angle.
Can Happlee help guests find their seats?
Yes. The interactive seating plan allows guests to quickly search for their name and instantly find their assigned table.
