Planning can be handled by Zoom and email. We discuss your timeline, venue, priorities, travel plans and location ideas remotely, then coordinate final details before departure.

Are travel costs included in the package?＋

Travel varies by location and timing, so it is quoted transparently for your plans. Where possible we combine straightforward coverage and travel pricing rather than adding unexpected costs later.

Can we book photography and videography together?＋

Yes. One coordinated photo and film team is particularly useful for destination weddings, reducing the number of separate suppliers travelling and keeping the storytelling consistent.

What happens if weather or travel plans change?＋

We plan practical alternatives, allow sensible travel buffers and keep communication clear. Exposed, alpine, coastal and helicopter locations should always have a strong backup option.
