As a wedding photographer who has seen countless venues across Adelaide, I’ve come to appreciate the unique charm of each location. However, Sneaky’s Restaurant in Angle Vale, just north of Adelaide, stands out as a truly exceptional choice for couples looking to tie the knot.
Most of the time weddign ceremonies are held on the nearby huge spread of grass, shaded by huge gum trees. The lush greenery and the beautifully landscaped area create a backdrop that is both vibrant and tranquil – one that reminds me of heading out for family picnics when I was younger. The natural light, especially during golden hour, is a photographer’s delight, ensuring your wedding photos will look nothing short of magical.
What I love most about Sneaky’s is its versatility. Whether you’re looking for romantic vineyard shots, intimate moments in secluded gardens, or lively pictures with the rustic charm of the restaurant, this venue has it all. Each corner of Sneaky’s offers a unique opportunity to capture the essence of your special day.
My favourite spot nearby is the small man-made forest of straight gum trees – it sometimes can be fun traversing the undergrowth with a large poofy dress, and high heels, but it’s always super worth the effort!
Sneaky’s Restaurant exudes an intimate and personal ambiance. The layout of the venue allows for a seamless flow between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, enabling me to capture candid moments without being intrusive. The cozy atmosphere encourages guests to relax, resulting in genuinely heartfelt photographs. There’s also space for a large rental pavilion if your wedding party is too large.
The staff at Sneaky’s are known for their exceptional service and attention to detail. From the beautifully set tables to the elegantly arranged decor, everything is thoughtfully placed, making it easier for me to focus on capturing the moments rather than worrying about the aesthetics.
Regardless of the weather, Sneaky’s has you covered. The indoor spaces are just as charming as the outdoor settings, with beautiful lighting and elegant interiors that make for stunning indoor photography. This versatility ensures that, come rain or shine, your wedding photos will be beautiful.
