Glenelg’s Partridge House wedding of Alicia and Jason had stunning weather, people and that stunning tree that make weddings at Partridge House spectacular! Got to love that tree!
I was asked to cover their wedding ceremony through to the beginning of their reception at the famed Sammy’s on the Marina, and it was a delight to be a part of!
Glenelg’s Partridge House Wedding Ceremony
As I usually do, I arrived at Partridge house a little early, so I was able to take a fe photos of Jason and his groomsman milling about the grounds, and also with their wedding car.
Alicia arrived a little later in her stylish white jag, and their intimate little ceremony took place under the lovely tree I mentioned earlier. The sunlight was filtering through it’s leaves beautifully and made photographing their ceremony pretty fun!

After the ceremony, and the mandiroty family photos – which I took under that magnificent tree, we made use of the lovely surrounding gardens that makes a Glenelg’s Partridge House wedding special.
I made sure to use the sun filtering trhoguh the leaves at every opportunity, and also focused around the fountain that is located just to the rear of the tree.

We then made use of the Jag which Alicia and Jason used to travel to the Grand Hotel on the beach front of Glenelg. We quickly used the grand starcase before running out again as there was a function using the hotel while we were there – we diddnt want to get in the way. So we head to the jetty and Photoshop came in handy to remove people who were otherwise ‘in the way’.
Finally we head to a little beach on the other side of the Glenelg Marina for a bit of privacy were we took a few shots on the sand before finally reaching their reception space at Sammy’s on the Marina.
Thanks go out to Alicia and Jason for having me as their wedding photographer!
