Most recent weddings I’ve covered here
The Quince Brook farm estate is a delightful wedding venue just out of the southern town of Strathalbyn. The rolling hills and lush farmland that surrounds the property provides for a delightfully airy, but intimate venue that provides a black canvass which wedding couples can truely create what they want out of their big day.
The venue is set up providing couples with a large, grassy area shaded by a huge gum tree as a backdrop to the majority of wedding ceremonies that take place here, while directly behind is a large barn-style shed that is surrounded by decking suitable for guests to relax and enjoy the scenery with a drink.
The venue requires caterers and drink suppliers to be brought in by the couple where hey can make use of the on site bar.
Photo opportunities surrounding the Quince Brook venue include rolling grassy hills, surrounded by lush gum forests and meandering cows from the working farm. There are even ruins located a the foot of one of he valleys, along with a natural brook and man made dams – but can be tricky to travel to if there has been recent rain. It’s a beautiful spot any time of year.
